IVY Mobile Medical Services brings professional mobile specimen collection directly to your home, workplace, or other approved location throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
Whether you have a provider-issued laboratory order or a compatible preordered specialty kit, our team helps coordinate the collection and specimen-logistics process so you can complete eligible testing without an unnecessary trip to a traditional draw site.

How it Works
Testing kits are purchased directly through eligible laboratories or ordered by ordering physician.*
Call or schedule an appointment with us and an Ivy mobile collector will come to your home/office to collect the specimen.
Samples are shipped by Ivy's mobile collector to the laboratory for analysis
Results are delivered securely to the ordering physician/to the patient if set up prior to appointment
IVY Mobile Medical Services does not perform or interpret laboratory testing results. Testing services and results are provided by licensed laboratory partners.

Initial Laboratory Evaluation: $75
Additional laboratory testing charges are separate. An optional $50 results follow-up is available through Unity Health when a more detailed discussion is desired.

If you would like mobile lab collection but do not yet have a valid laboratory order, Unity Health is available as an independent clinical provider option.
Unity Health will meet with you virtually, review your relevant health history, medications, symptoms, and testing goals, and determine whether laboratory testing is clinically appropriate. If testing is appropriate, Unity Health will select and issue the appropriate laboratory order.
Once an order has been issued, you may choose IVY Mobile Medical Services for eligible mobile specimen collection in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. IVY will review the order and collection requirements, confirm eligibility and pricing, and coordinate your mobile collection.

If you already have a valid laboratory order or compatible specialty kit, submit a collection request so IVY can verify the requirements and confirm eligibility, pricing, and scheduling.
